Sweaty!

Got to stay hydrated:

The evening consisted of a hot power yoga session followed by this very cheap but delicious wine. The girls and I have wine night once a week- typically accompanied by an episode of New Girl!

Hot yoga? I think it’s pretty cool. I appreciate yoga (because it’s really the only way I ever stretch! Bad runner I am!) but never feel like it’s really a “workout.” Yoga in a 100 degree room sure makes you break a sweat though! Unfortunately this will be my last yoga session for a while. I got a two week intro pass, and though I’d love to join, the membership just isn’t in my budget! Thank you though, Studio DC. I’ll keep you in mind when I earn the big bucks.
