More snow?! This is just absurd.IMG_2429Quick session at the gym today — light on the legs, of course (thanks for the workout, Julie)! I’m still a bit sore after my weekend race, which I take as a sign I ran it my hardest.

How was the rest of your weekend? We wrapped ours up with the annual DC Road Runners banquet.P1010745Just like last year, the event was a hit! Great food and lots of fun to recap a race weekend with other club members. The speaker of the night was Jean Knaack, the RRCA executive director. She shared a bit about the organization’s history and initiatives — which are booming thanks to running’s increasing popularity. Running is an interesting industry!
